GOAT WEAR Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GOAT WEAR. We take pride in providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Applicability of the Return Policy

This return policy applies to all products purchased from GOAT WEAR.

  • Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in a resellable condition may not be eligible for a return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • If the product is in good condition and not damaged, it should be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s expense.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at GOAT-WEAR@HOTMAIL.COM with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos of the product

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a customer's reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the damage.

  3. We will assess your case and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
  • Email us immediately at GOAT-WEAR@HOTMAIL.COM with your order details.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • You may return the item after delivery following our standard return process.

Received the Wrong Product

We take extra care in processing orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, you have two options:

  1. Keep the incorrect item and receive a partial refund.
  2. Request the correct item—we will provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
